Empower RF Systems is pleased to announce the addition of senior level RF talent as part of its ongoing commitment to growth and customer support.
Paulo Correa will be joining the Empower RF Systems Senior Leadership Team as the Vice President of Engineering. Correa has over 30 years
experience in senior leadership, executive and strategic roles, and is bringing special expertise in addressing amplifier requirements for broadband wireless,
multimedia, and broadcast applications. An innovative thinker and skilled engineer, he holds eight patents with an additional four in process.

"Engineering excellence and technical leadership are important parts of our strategic plan and Paulo will help us accelerate our capabilities to address several important growth areas.”
Paulo’s recent professional experience includes Director of Advanced Studies and CTO assignments with multi-national companies specializing in
electronic systems design and RF amplifier design / integration. He has earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine,
and a BSEE from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in Brazil.
