INGLEWOOD, Calif. -- Empower RF Systems, is pleased to announce the opening of its second Regional Design Center located in Lake Forest, California.
The investment in the Orange County Regional Design Center is part of the Company’s strategic growth plans and focuses in three primary areas - attracting and retaining additional engineering resources
residing in Southern California, providing sales and technical support to targeted communications customers, and supporting advanced technology development activities.
Further, the Orange County Regional Design Center is coming on-line within a year of the opening of the Company’s first Regional Design Center located in Holbrook, New York.
Bill Vassilakis, Empower’s Chief Technical Officer and a 25+ year RF industry veteran, is responsible for leading the Orange County Design Center technical team and,
as CTO, driving a number of key technical development projects for the Company.

said Barry Phelps, Empower RF System’s Chief Executive Officer. “Bringing focus to linearization techniques, high efficiency circuit designs, and a disciplined approach to device evaluation

“Bill and the designers located in Orange County will be partnering with key suppliers and the other Empower engineering teams to deliver on those areas of focus for our customers.”
